Your child’s health and safety and your complete satisfaction with your shopping experience are top priorities for us.  Only the items that have passed our stringent 10-point quality test are listed on the KiDS website. The clothes you receive will be in excellent condition, refreshed and packed with care by our staff—just as if they were coming directly from your favourite designer stores.

After we collect the clothes that your children no longer need, we carefully inspect each piece of pre-loved clothing to ensure only genuine designer items that are in excellent condition are listed for sale on the KiDS site. This gives you full peace of mind that any items you purchase from KiDS are high quality.

All items of clothing that are sold on KiDS need to pass the 10-point quality test, as outlined below. 

Once the clothes have passed our quality test, we grade them:  A+ for items that are like new with tags,  A for items that are like new,  and A- for items that have been gently used. In some cases, we may list items that have minor defects for sale. In such eventualities, we will describe these defects in full, so you know exactly what to expect. You can also easily check the condition of an item by using the close-up zoom facility on our website.
