Delivery And Returns

At KDS we are happy to offer free returns for any unsuitable garments within 7 days of the delivery date. We will provide a refund by the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned items as long as they are returned in the original selling condition.  'Item with tags " need to be returned intact and with the original tasg. We regret for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for swimwear. 

FREE RETURNS FROM HONG KONG

Free returns are available for Hong Kong. Contact us and we will arrange collection.

You can return any item (as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it) to us within 7 days of receiving your original order (except sales items which are final).

OUR RETURN POLICY

We will accept item(s) provided they are returned as they were sent to you, within the time limits set out above. Note that items " new with tags" need to be returned with the original packaging, including tags. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. This includes animal hair and fur.  Please bear in mind that if an item came with a hanger, this is also a part of the item and needs to be returned as well.

You should include the original invoice (or order), marking the items you want to return, in the package you sent to us. Unidentified parcels may not be refunded.

SHOES OR BOXED ITEMS

  • If you bought new shoes, these must  be returned unmarked and in their original shoe box (if they had one). Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging. To ensure you have the right size, you are more than welcome to try them on inside, on a soft carpeted surface.  
  • Items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box will NOT be accepted.

FAKE GOODS 

  • We go to every effort to ensure that all goods available for sale on KDS are authentic. However, should you doubt the authenticity of an item you receive, we will offer free return shipping and a refund, should the item be counterfait.  Will take appropriate action against the seller of such item.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM IN HONG KONG

All items returned should be returned with the a copy of the original invoice. Unidentified parcels may not be refunded. We ask that you return your items to us within 7 days of receiving them. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Contact us at sales@kidsdresssmart.com to request a return
2. Print your original invoice, mark the items you are returning and put it the package you are sending with the item. Wrap the item securely
3. Once your parcel is ready for collection, contact us to fix a date and time for the pickup

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM ANY OTHER COUNTRY

1. Contact us at sales@kidsdresssmart.com to request a return
2.  Print your original invoice, mark the items you are returning and put it the package you are sending with the item. Wrap the item securely
3. The return should be sent to: KidsDressSmart 46B, 21F 101 Repulse Bay Road. Please ensure you return using either UPS, DHL or the post. Don’t forget to request proof of shipping for your records.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once we have received the items, will refund you the full amount paid provided the item is unworn and unwashed since the time of delivery to you. Refunds will be made to you within 14 working days of the cancellation date of the order (for items not shipped) or from when the returned item(s) are received by KDS.  The refund will be credited to the same account that was used at the moment of purchase.

In order to continue to offer free returns, we can only offer one free return per order.

DUTIES ON RETURNS

Please note we are unable to refund delivery cost from international returns. Those costs will be borne by the customer.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

if you would like to cancel your order Please notify our Customer service Team in writing by email: sales@kidsdresssmart.com. Upon receipt of your email, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In the instance where your order has already been delivered to you, Print your original invoice, mark the items you are returning and put it the package you are sending with the item. Please note that KDS com reserve the right to refuse unidentified order returns.

If your order has already been shipped, our customer service team will issue a refund as soon as we have the confirmation from our delivery company that the parcel is stopped in transit and returned to us.
